JFE Tubic produces threaded couplings for oil country tubular goods (OCTG), which make it possible to recover oil and natural gas lying several 1000 m underground. The majority of these products are high gas-tight premium threaded joints designed for use in oil wells with high temperature/high pressure and severe corrosion environments. To withstand these conditions, micron unit machining accuracy is required.
